Machine Operator – Food ManufacturingOur client located in the city of Santa Ana is a growing leader in the food manufacturing industry, dedicated to producing high-quality products in a safe and efficient environment. We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our production team.Responsibilities:Operate and monitor food manufacturing machinery according to safety and quality standardsSet up machines before production and perform routine equipment checksMonitor the production line for issues and make adjustments as necessaryMaintain cleanliness and organization of work area in accordance with GMPs and safety standardsAccurately complete production logs and quality checksReport equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisorFollow all company policies, safety guidelines, and proceduresQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in machine operation, preferably in food manufacturing or a similar industryAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityWillingness to work in a fast-paced environmentBasic math and mechanical skillsPreferred Qualifications:Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety practicesForklift certification a plusBenefits:Competitive hourly payHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for advancement
