Job description
Job TitleKey ResponsibilitiesOversee all 3rd-shift injection molding operations, ensuring production goals are metSet up, start up, and troubleshoot injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and roboticsOptimize process parameters to improve cycle times, reduce scrap, and maintain part qualityLead, train, and support machine operators and material handlersPerform mold changes, material changes, and machine adjustments as neededConduct quality checks and ensure compliance with company and customer standardsMaintain accurate production and downtime recordsEnforce safety procedures and promote a clean, organized work environmentQualifications3+ years of injection molding experience requiredStrong troubleshooting and process optimization skillsPrior leadership or supervisory experience preferredFamiliarity with scientific molding principles is a plusAbility to read and interpret production documents and quality standardsStrong communication and team-building abilitiesWhat We OfferCompetitive pay (Based On Experience)Health, dental, and vision benefitsPaid time off and holiday payOpportunities for advancement and ongoing trainingSupportive team environment
