Automotive Technician (A/B Level) | $35–$45/HR + OT

Location: Roxboro, NC
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: $35–$45/hour, based on experience and skill level
Overtime: Available
Expected Compensation: $70,000 base at MLAP; up to $100,000+ total

About Strut Daddy’s Complete Car Care
Strut Daddy’s Complete Car Care is seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician or strong B-Level Automotive Technician in Roxboro, NC. This fast-growing, high-volume repair shop offers $35–$45/hour based on experience and skill level, overtime opportunities, and earning potential up to $100,000+.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose drivability concerns
Repair brake, suspension, and steering systems
Perform engine-performance work and repairs
Troubleshoot electrical concerns
Repair A/C and cooling systems
Complete routine maintenance and inspections
Perform quality repairs while maintaining productivity
Qualifications
A-Level Technician: 5+ years of experience with strong diagnostic ability
B-Level Technician: 3+ years of experience with solid mechanical skills
Strong work ethic and team-first mindset
Pride in quality work and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license
Basic personal tools
Compensation & Benefits
$35–$45/hour based on experience and skill level
Overtime opportunities
Expected compensation of $70,000 base at MLAP; up to $100,000+ total
