A facility in North Carolina is seeking a locums pathologist. The position is locum tenens and is located in Fayetteville, North Carolina, starting soon.
Quick facts:
Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm with weekly rotating call
~60 surgical, 7 non-gyn cytology, and 5 FNA cases per day
Hospital-based pathology position — hospital privileges required
GI, GYN, skin, prostate, bladder, breast, lung biopsies and more
Major resections — Whipple, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, lung resections
Peripheral blood smear reviews required
