For executive-level and complex clients, you'll also prepare month-end closes hands-on and serve as a technical escalation point for complex accounting issues.

Special Projects Support: From time to time, you'll contribute to special projects such as QBO integrations and software rollouts, working with your Accounting Manager of F&A to help implement changes that support the team's growth.

Experience working with offshore teams or distributed team workflows

Background in public accounting or high-growth firms where you learned to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Personal Attributes Values-driven: You care deeply about doing the right thing, maintaining integrity, and delivering uncompromised quality

Client-obsessed: You genuinely want clients to succeed and go the extra mile to make that happen

Even-keeled under pressure: You stay calm during month-end crunches, client escalations, and competing priorities
