Accounting Manager - Manufacturing Gainesville, Ga
Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands‑on Accounting Manager to lead core accounting functions, ensure financial accuracy, and support a growing organization through process improvements and system utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee general accounting operations, including month‑end close and financial reporting.
Utilize Sage Intacct to manage and streamline accounting processes.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support decision‑making.
Mentor and collaborate with team members to foster a strong team environment.
Leverage advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and process improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Proven experience in a hands‑on accounting leadership role.
Advanced Excel skills and strong technical aptitude.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team‑oriented culture.
Strong problem‑solving skills and a resourceful mindset.
