You agree to face—and break through—new challenges every single day.Key Responsibilities:Own assigned customer accounts, keeping balances, credits, and open issues accurate and currentApply cash receipts accurately and timely, and resolve unapplied cash promptlyManage collection activity for assigned accounts, follow up on past-due balances, and enforce payment termsMonitor customer credit limits and account risk; recommend changes or escalation when neededResearch deductions, chargebacks, and payment discrepancies and coordinate resolution with Revenue Recovery and LogisticsPartner with Sales to provide clear updates on account health, DSO, margin trends, and financial risksWork with Invoice Processing to confirm invoices are uploaded correctly and customer portals are reviewed on scheduleComplete assigned month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and supporting schedulesTrack key AR metrics, maintain process documentation, and implement practical process improvementsRequired Qualifications:2+ years of Accounts Receivable, cash application, collections, credit, or related accounting experienceBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experienceWorking knowledge of cash application, collections, credit, deductions, and account reconciliationStrong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skillsProficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems and customer payment portals; Acumatica experience preferredClear communication skills and the ability to manage priorities and work effectively with Sales and cross-functional teamsDesired Qualifications:Master's degree in accounting, finance, business or a related fieldExperience improving or automating accounts receivable processesAcumatica or similar ERP experienceExperience with customer deductions, chargebacks, disputes, and payment portalsOur culture is passionate, entrepreneurial, and energetic.
