Wright Construction Co., LLC to deliver the best solutions, technology, and equipment available while keeping our services competitive.Competitive wages, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long-term disability, and 401(k) with company match plus many more ancillary benefits.Job DutiesProcess full cycle A/P including importing invoices into ERP, invoice coding, and data entryReview invoices for accuracy and work with appropriate business units for approvalsAssist with creating, tracking, and updating vendor files, including obtaining W-9 formsReconcile vendor statements; research and resolve payment discrepanciesCommunicate with vendors via phone, email, or mailCredit Card and Fuel Card generation and maintenance for field employeesOther duties as assignedRequirementsHigh School graduate and relative experience in a business environmentIntermediate Microsoft Excel experience requiredHigh degree of confidentialityStrong analytical, reasoning, and deduction skillsMotivated and takes initiativeInquisitive and eager to learnCredit Card Administration knowledge is helpful, but not requiredContributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as neededOther Qualifications, Skills, Abilities and KnowledgeDetail oriented and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environmentHigh level of accuracyTime management and strong organization skillsAbility to communicate well with all levels of the organization and to work collaboratively in a team environmentAble to adhere to tight deadlines and work with fluctuating prioritiesThe above job description is meant to describe the general nature and level of work to be performed; it is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required for the position
