Accounts Payable SpecialistHeadquartered in Santa Ana, California, Veros Real Estate Solutions is a growing financial technology company and a proven leader in enterprise risk management and property valuation services. The company combines the power of predictive technology, data analytics, and industry expertise to deliver advanced automated solutions that control risk and increase profits throughout the mortgage industry, from loan origination to servicing and securitization. Veros' services include automated valuation, property valuations, fraud and risk detection, portfolio analysis, forecasting, and next-generation collateral risk management platforms.We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our accounting team. This role is responsible for the full cycle accounts payable process across multiple affiliated companies, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and timely while maintaining strong vendor relationships and supporting month end close activities.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys owning their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to contribute to a collaborative and service-oriented team.What You'll DoManage the full-cycle Accounts Payable process, including invoice review, coding, approvals, and payment processing.Maintain vendor files, including W-9 collection and setup of new vendors.Prepares annual 1099 preparation and reporting.Process weekly payment runs and ensures timely vendor payments.Prepare month-end GL reconciliations through journal entry and AP reporting.Administer the Coupa purchasing system and support purchase order workflows.Review and process expense reports.Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to information requests.What We're Looking ForAn AA/BA with 1-2 years of experience, or 3-5 years of Accounting experience with no degree.Experience processing a high volume of invoices with strong attention to detail.Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.Experience with accounting software; QuickBooks experience is a plus.Experience with Coupa or similar purchasing systems is preferred.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and adapt in a dynamic environment.What Makes You SuccessfulYou are someone who:Takes ownership of your work and consistently meets deadlines.Is comfortable working with employees at all levels of the organization.Maintains confidentiality and professionalism.Enjoys solving problems and improving processes.Is adaptable, collaborative, and eager to learn.Veros offers a unique opportunity that encourages innovation and growth along with benefits that include medical, dental, vision, 401K, life, PTO, holidays and more.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
