Job description
South Texas Health System seeks an Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) to lead nursing and patient care delivery across the hospital. Reporting to the CNO, the ACNO coordinates operations to meet high standards of care while aligning with the hospital's mission and regulatory requirements.
The ACNO will participate in strategic planning, oversee assigned departments, ensure service excellence, and support business development efforts while maintaining cost-effective, quality care.
