Job description
UC Davis Health is seeking an ACS/Trauma Nurse Navigator to provide clinical care coordination for post-surgical and trauma patients. This RN role requires advanced skills and a strong understanding of post-operative flow, trauma coordination, and escalation when additional interventions are needed.
Reporting to the Nurse Manager, you will partner with the ACS/Trauma Surgery leadership to deliver timely services, mentor other nurses, and contribute to policy and workflow improvements.
