Open roles for Mount Pleasant, WI:
Manufacturing Associate - Multiple shifts available:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
3rd Shift: 11:30 PM - 7:30 AM
You'll assemble high-tech components with precision, ensuring all finished products meet stringent quality standards. Work collaboratively with team members to maintain seamless production flow and operational efficiency. Perform essential production line tasks including quality inspections, packaging, and warehouse support. Utilize troubleshooting skills to resolve issues promptly and propose process improvements. Follow all safety protocols diligently and keep the workspace clean and organized.
What You Bring:
High School Diploma or GED preferred; relevant experience is a plus
Basic computer skills for navigating work instructions and documentation
Ability to read tape measurements accurately
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions precisely
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
