Job Description Job Description Combilift Depot is seeking a part time Administrative Assistant to join our Accounting team in Tomball, TX This is a part time position with a flexible schedule. The position will consist of working within the accounting department at our corporate office.
We are looking for a long-term employee to join our team as we expand throughout Texas & Louisiana.
Job Duties:
Scan paperwork onto our file server
Enter data into the accounting system
Generate invoices
General office work
Enter data into an online portal
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Able to type
Basic computer knowledge
Organized
Attention to detail - must be able to perform work accurately
Positive attitude and team player
Professional appearance
Able to work independently
Read/Write & able to speak English
Able to work schedule - must be reliable
High School Diploma, GED, or 12 months recent verifiable experience
Must be able to pass drug test & background check
Job Benefits:
Competitive Hourly Pay
Part Time: 20-24 Hours Per Week
Normal Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
Schedule will be determined at time of hire - there is some flexibility available on days/time.
