The company is looking for someone who can wear multiple hats across administration, research, marketing, and day-to-day operational support.About the RoleThe Administrative Assistant will serve as a key support resource across the company's brokerage. This is a versatile role that combines traditional administrative coordination with research and project support.The successful candidate will be comfortable managing competing priorities, communicating proactively with team members, and taking ownership of tasks from start to finish. This person will play an important role in keeping the team organized, prepared, and operating efficiently.What You'll DoAdministrative SupportProvide day-to-day administrative support to brokers, leadership, and internal team membersCoordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, flights, hotels, and accommodationsAssist with planning and execution of company events, industry conferences, retreats, happy hours, and office gatheringsCoordinate holiday gift sourcing, ordering, tracking, and mail-outsSupport commission and listing agreement filing and organizationManage office supplies, inventory, and kitchen needsCoordinate office maintenance and vendor needServe as the internal point of contact for basic technology issues and coordinate escalations when neededResearch SupportRun basic demographic and research reportsCollect and organize available property listingsArchive and organize industry news articles and market intelligenceSource property ownership contacts information using parcel data and public recordsAssist with general market research requests as neededMarketing SupportManage tour material resources and support tour book assemblyCoordinate outsourced print material and signage ordersWhat We're Looking For3–5 years of experience in administrative positions or similarHighly organized with exceptional attention to detailStrong ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlinesProactive, self-motivated, and resourcefulCalm and professional in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable taking ownership of tasks and following them through to completionTeam-oriented with a positive, service-minded attitudeStrong problem-solving skills and a "can-do" approachProficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and TeamsComfortable with day-to-day computer use and learning new systemsAdministrative, office coordination, research, or professional services experience preferredCommercial real estate experience is a plus, but not requiredThe Ideal PersonalityThe right person for this position is someone who stays calm when priorities change, communicates proactively, and naturally looks ahead. You should enjoy being a reliable resource for a busy team and take pride in making sure details are handled correctly.This role is well suited for someone who doesn't need to be told about every next step.
