Job description
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Admission for a Home Health role in Ocean County, NJ. This full-time position focuses on SOC visits, patient assessments, OASIS completion, and care planning with the interdisciplinary team.
You will deliver one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes, manage medications, wound care, and education, while traveling within Ocean County to provide high-quality care.
