Job description
The Hilltop at Blue River in Kansas City, MO is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support our clinical team and elevate resident care. This leadership role is ideal for an RN or LPN with a passion for skilled nursing and compliance with regulatory standards.
You will assist the Director of Nursing, coach staff across RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, and help with staffing, care planning, and quality initiatives.
