Job description
Healthcare Services of Utica is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing to support and lead our nursing staff, ensuring the highest standards of resident care and overall facility success.
In this role, you will ensure regulatory compliance, develop care plans, mentor staff, participate in hiring, and coordinate daily operations with the DON.
