Job description
Carlinville Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Carlinville, IL is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead our nursing team and ensure compassionate resident care. This full-time role reports to the Director of Nursing and oversees nursing services to maintain high standards in a regulatory environment.
The ideal candidate is a licensed RN in Illinois with 2+ years of nurse supervision experience, and a degree in nursing (Assoc. or Bachelors) preferred.
