Job description
Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living in Springfield, VA, seeks an ADON to lead clinical teams across Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care and Rehab. You will mentor staff, ensure appropriate coverage based on resident acuity, and drive Person-Centered Care.
The role offers a $5k sign-on bonus, competitive compensation of 115–130k per year, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow as the community expands.
