Job description
Overview
Newport Health Center is currently seeking a primary care Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant to work with our team to manage the health and wellness of our patients. You will work collaboratively to provide comprehensive care to our patients in western New Hampshire. Working under the general direction of the medical director, you will practice autonomously as well as in collaboration with physicians, APRNs, and PA colleagues as well as other healthcare providers to provide primary healthcare to patients in our practice.
Newport Health Center is a Rural Health Clinic with onsite services including lab and radiology and close access to New London Hospital and Dartmouth Health.

Responsibilities
Qualifications Graduate of an accredited APRN academic program
National specialty certification as FNP, WHNP, PNP, ANP
Minimum of 2 years working in a medical office or hospital setting as a nurse practitioner preferred
Required Licensure/Certifications
Licensed RN with NH eligibility Licensed APRN with NH eligibility DEA License REQUIRED CERTIFICATION(S): (BLS) Basic Life Support Area of Interest: Advanced Practice Provider
Pay Range: $112,361.60/Yr. - $132,953.60/Yr. (Based on 40 hours per week, otherwise pro rata)
FTE/Hours per pay period: 1.00 - 1.00 - 40 hrs/week
