Job description
Flatbush Development Corporation in Brooklyn runs school-based afterschool programs for grades K–8. The Activity Specialist designs, implements, and facilitates engaging activities, supervises participants, and ensures safety and inclusivity according to DYCD, DOH, and DOE guidelines.
You will lead Arts, STEM, Literacy, Recreation, and Enrichment activities, adapt to multilingual learners, support social-emotional growth, and participate in mandatory trainings to maintain program standards.
