Job description
CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a motivated Technical Account Manager who will provide proactive technical support to our Premium Support customers. You will serve as the primary technical contact and help onboard new customers to the CrowdStrike platforms.
You will ensure customer success through health checks, product training, and sharing best practices, while advocating for customers with internal teams and engaging with stakeholders from SOC staff to the C‑suite.
