Job description
TRM Labs seeks an Engineering Manager on the AI Product Engineering team to re-imagine how people interact with software — unencumbered by legacy SaaS constraints. You will lead frontend, backend, and full‑stack engineers to build tooling that enables crime fighters to stay ahead in AI-powered security.
You will own 0→1 bets through to scaled production, partnering with Product and Design to translate ambiguous ideas into intuitive, scalable experiences, while hiring and mentoring top engineers
