Genesys is seeking a Director of Sales, AI and Experience Orchestration to lead a team of overlay AI specialists in North America, coordinating with Account Executives to accelerate deals and deliver AI-led outcomes for customers.
You will shape sales motions, coach high-performing teams, and collaborate across Product, Marketing, Enablement, CS, and Professional Services to advance the Agentic AI vision. This role requires strong leadership and strategic selling capabilities.
