We are building the AI software for the next generation of AI-native marketers and need ambitious marketing strategists with strong judgment who will use our AI engine to plan, run and scale campaigns for our customers.
About The Role
We're seeking a highly motivated, AI-native Marketing Strategist with experience in project management and client work to join our team full-time, on‑site in San Francisco. In this role, you own the relationship with our clients, advise them on their marketing strategy and lead their campaigns end to end: from strategy and budget allocation to ads, landing pages and performance, using our AI engine together with our team of AI-native designers and producers. Your campaigns will reach millions of people across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok.

Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy: You advise our clients on their marketing strategy, decide what to build and where to spend, and use our AI engine to turn it into campaigns. You are in charge, the AI helps you get there.
Client Relations: You own the relationship with our clients. You listen well, communicate clearly and solve whatever marketing problem they face.
Project Management: You lead the projects. You work with our AI‑native designers and producers to make sure campaigns are delivered to a high standard and on time.
Shape the AI engine: Give feedback to our product and engineering team and shape how our engine will evolve and improve over time.
Requirements
Passion for marketing, you love strategy, people and creative work
Years of work experience in marketing
Hands‑on experience with paid social or performance marketing campaigns
Strong social skills, you love working with clients and teams
Experience in project management and leading people
Fast learner, hard‑working, and stress‑resistant; you solve whatever problem you or the customer may face
Ready to work 100% on‑site in our office in San Francisco
Fluent English
Nice to Have
Work experience: marketing agency, consulting or account management
You worked with big brands before
Exceptional achievements during and beyond academic studies
