Job description
Slalom is seeking a Director of AI Systems and Platforms to lead a portfolio of client delivery and capability responsibilities, while remaining an active technical leader. You will guide AI/ML engineers, architects, and data scientists, shape engagements, and ensure health of the capability across multiple client workstreams.
The role blends hands‑on technical leadership with executive collaboration, risk management, and growth initiatives across agentic AI, MLOps, and AI platforms.
