We specialize in secure, scalable networking, infrastructure, and communications solutions that support digital learning environments and mission-critical operations.As part of our continued modernization efforts, we are seeking an experienced AI consultant to help re-architect and optimize our internal systems using practical, high-impact AI solutions.GigaKOM is seeking a highly experienced AI practitioner to assess, redesign, and modernize internal workflows and systems through applied artificial intelligence. This consultant will evaluate current business processes, identify automation and AI opportunities, and implement scalable solutions that increase operational efficiency, reduce manual workload, and improve decision-making capabilities. This role is strategic and hands-on, focused on execution and measurable outcomes.Scope of WorkAssess & Identify OpportunitiesConduct a comprehensive review of internal systems and workflowsIdentify high-ROI AI and automation use casesEvaluate data readiness and infrastructure maturityDeliver an AI adoption and modernization roadmapRetool & Optimize SystemsIntegrate AI capabilities into CRM, ERP, ticketing, reporting, and operational platformsImplement AI copilots, automation agents, and intelligent workflowsRedesign manual processes into scalable automation frameworksImprove data structures to support predictive analytics and reportingImplement & DeployEvaluate and deploy LLM-based tools and automation platformsDesign internal AI assistants and knowledge systemsBuild dashboards and AI-powered reporting toolsEnsure secure, compliant integration with existing infrastructureEstablish Governance & EnablementDefine AI governance and usage standardsProvide documentation and best practicesGuide leadership on responsible AI adoptionTrain key stakeholders on implemented systemsRequired Experience5+ years working in AI, automation, or digital transformationDemonstrated experience retooling internal enterprise systemsStrong knowledge of CRM, ERP, workflow automation, and system integrationExperience deploying LLM-based tools and AI-powered automationUnderstanding of data security, governance, and compliance best practicesAbility to translate business needs into technical AI solutionsPreferred ExperienceExperience with OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS AI services, or similar platformsBackground in automation tools (Retool, UiPath, Power Automate, Zapier, etc.)Experience working in IT services or enterprise technology environmentsStrong API integration and systems architecture knowledgeDeliverablesAI modernization roadmapImplemented automation solutionsAI governance frameworkDocumentation and training materialsMeasurable operational efficiency improvementsOpportunity to architect AI transformation from the ground upDirect impact on enterprise-wide operational performanceStrategic visibility with executive leadershipAbility to implement real-world AI solutions at scale
