Friday - Monday on-call coverage
Call response time: 30 minutes -- beeper call, 1:1 ratio
100% call back required
2 patients per shift
Rounding on assigned patients
Average phone consults: 2 per shift
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
