Position Summary
Anesthesiologist opportunity in Oneida, NY.
Location
Oneida, NY - USA. Oneida Health is a community hospital founded in 1899.
Case Assignments
General surgery
Orthopedics
ENT
Urology
Endoscopy
Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB)
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 7am to 5pm.
Responsibilities
Assist in directing and coordinating activities in the Anesthesia Department.
Medical management of patients undergoing surgery and other procedures.
Pre‑anesthesia assessment; obtain and/or verify patient consent.
Discuss anesthetic options and risks with patients.
Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
Monitor patients’ physiological condition.
Perform clinical interventions as needed.
Provide OB experience as required.
Requirements
M.D./D.O. degree from an accredited College of Medicine.
ECFMG and FLEX certification.
Completion of an approved residency in anesthesia.
Current physician license.
Benefits
Hourly Rate: $300/hr.
