Anesthesia Medical Director opening in scenic Oregon
Award-winning non-profit integrated health care system is seeking an experienced Anesthesiologist interested in leading a tight-knit team with friendly camaraderie, better schedule flexibility, and an autonomous yet collaborative work environment. The group is looking for an Anesthesiologist Medical Director but is open to someone who just wants General Anesthesiology as well.
Requirements
ABA Board Certification/Eligibility
Should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented
About the Job:
Lead a collegial group of experienced Anesthesiologists in a hospital-employed practice model
Strong team dynamic between anesthesia providers, surgeons, OR staff and admin
Surgeries: general, ortho, neuro, bariatric, GI, vascular, trauma, urology and OB
Facilitate relationship between department and hospital staff, manage scheduling and staffing
Work in a level 2 trauma Hospital
Unable to sponsor visas
No travel outside of the city is necessary
Group has 24 total Anesthesiologists (17 are full‑time)
Flexible schedule: shift based (220 shifts per year)

Salary: $566k (.8 clinical position, .2 Admin)
