Apartment Maintenance Technician (Work Orders / Unit Turns)RESSCO is looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for our community in Toledo, OH. RESSCO owns and manages thousands of units in multiple states in the Midwest. This position is ideal for someone looking to be involved in multi-million dollar real estate transactions. If you are highly motivated, looking for growth and want to be rewarded for superior performance, this can help you achieve those goals.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with senior management and gain keen insight into what it takes to be a successful commercial real estate professional.Compensation: $18.00/hr to $22.00/hr depending on attitude and experienceBenefits Package (health, dental, vision)Paid Vacation and HolidaysLucrative performance based bonuses!Growth opportunities within the companyJob Summary: Maintenance Technicians are responsible for demonstrating the highest level of customer service at all times, general building and ground maintenance, general maintenance of currently occupied apartments, troubleshooting mechanical and maintenance issues, appliance repair, electrical work and plumbing and conducting move-in/ move out inspections.Key QualificationsPositive, "How can I help" attitudeHigh School Degree or EquivalentMinimum 2 years of experience of repair workKnowledge in HVAC, painting, drywall, plumbing & electrical repairsA/C Certified Type I-II (Universal Preferred)Availability for rotation of after-hours emergency maintenance callsMust enjoy interacting with people with ability to develop rapport quicklyCommitted to providing exceptional customer experienceGenuinely concerned about customer needsSolution-focused and Results-drivenExemplary communication skillsDesire to learnAbility to excel in dynamic, fast-paced environment
