Application Support AnalystSonsoft, Inc. is a USA based corporation duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Georgia. Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Preferred:At least 4 years of experience in Production Support SkillsExperience in Windows and UNIX/Linux, Oracle and PL/SQL, Autosys, Application Management Experience, ITIL, Experience in Agile/Scrum, Basic of BankingGood knowledge of ITIL processesShould be able operate well under pressure in a growing environmentAnalytical skillsExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.Qualifications Basic:Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 4 years of experience in IT** U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
