Job TitleExperience in dealing with Thermal Applications within the Data Center Industry (preferred), refrigeration or similar. Our promise: we'll give you comprehensive training and support you every step of the way in our company.Primary ResponsibilitiesYou're the internal interface between sales, R&D, product development and production from the initial enquiry to acceptance by the customer and are also intensively involved in communication with our customersProviding comprehensive technical and commercial support in a timely and professional mannerUtilize all tools available including sizing programs to correctly match the division's products to meet or exceed the customer's requirements.Actively participating in defining and evaluating target pricesAnalyzing the market development for our products and contribute to the further development of our marketsPlanning and following up visits to customers and trade showsMaintaining quotation, customer, and order data in our CRM systemAdhere to all quality requirements that are inside of the Quality Management systemOther ResponsibilitiesTo ensure Kelvion's Standard of Excellence, which includes quality, is incorporated into every product we produce.Follow all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to Global Code of Business Principles, Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, Vision and Values, Operational Framework.QualificationsEngineering background or equivalent education, with proven experience in technical roles (Some examples: Field / Service / Mechanical Engineer, Project Manager, Product Manager, Application Engineer)Fundamental thermo-dynamic knowledgeFluent English language skillsGood knowledge of ERP and CRM systems and the MS Office suiteDistinct customer orientationExcellent communication and presentation skillsVery distinctive persuasive power and negotiation skillsDistinct problem-solving skillsSystematic way of workingHigh degree of flexibility and resiliencyValid driver's licenseReadiness for extensive travelEducation And Experience (Required Levels)Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience.3+ years of experience of working in an engineering field.Advanced knowledge of heat transfer technology.Knowledge of selection/sizing programs.White space cooling and heat rejection of Datacenters a plus.Intermediate knowledge of computer technology and programs.Advanced communicative skills required.Physical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
