Job DescriptionWe are a well-established electrical contracting company in Massachusetts seeking a motivated and reliable Electrician Apprentice to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the electrical trade while working under the guidance of licensed electricians on a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Responsibilities:
Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
Run conduit, pull wire, and install fixtures and devices
Follow safety procedures and local electrical codes
Maintain tools and job site cleanliness
Participate in on-the-job training and classroom instruction as required by the MA apprenticeship program
Requirements:
Registered as an Electrician Apprentice with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (or willing to register upon hire)
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (indoors/outdoors, ladders, confined spaces, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
OSHA 10 certification
Previous construction or electrical experience (not required but a plus)
