nGamma Team Security Inc provides professional security services across multiple states. We are currently seeking Armed Security Guards (Part Time) to work at various locations and facilities throughout the state of Michigan. This position involves providing a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors at assigned sites.
nKey Responsibilities
nConduct routine foot or vehicle patrols of assigned areas (interior and exterior).
nMonitor surveillance cameras, access control systems, and alarm equipment.
nManage facility access by verifying identification, issuing visitor passes, and documenting entries.
nObserve, identify, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, or policy violations.
nRespond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies in a calm and professional manner.
nMaintain order, protect property, and ensure the safety of employees and visitors.
nPrepare accurate and timely daily activity logs and incident reports.
nCommunicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and emergency personnel when necessary.
nFollow all company procedures, client protocols, and applicable state and federal regulations.
nArmed Security Guard – Requirements Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
nValid Michigan Concealed Pistol License (CPL)
nSuccessful completion of all required firearm safety and legal training
nValid Michigan Driver’s License
nMust be at least 21 years of age
nMust be a U.S. citizen or legal resident
nMinimum 3 years of experience in one or more of the following:
nnLaw enforcement
nMilitary service
nEmployment with a licensed security agency
n nHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent
nMust not have any felony convictions
nMust be mentally and emotionally fit to carry a firearm and perform security duties
nMust be in good physical condition
nMust not have been adjudged mentally incompetent, unless legally restored by court order
nMust have no outstanding warrants
nMust successfully pass a background check
nMust be willing to have fingerprints taken
nMust pass drug screening and have no substance dependency.
nPreferred Qualifications
nPrevious security, customer service, military, or law enforcement experience.
nExperience with security technology and reporting systems.
nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
nWork Environment
nThis position involves working indoors and outdoors, sometimes in varying weather conditions. Officers must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times and follow all safety protocols.
