As an Armed Security Officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment. Join Allied Universal, where agile, reliable, and innovative teams put people first and act with integrity.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $26.53 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun10:00 PM - 06:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and reporting requirements.Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.Monitor access control points, verify credentials as assigned, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to site leadership.Carry assigned equipment in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, Allied Universal procedures, and site-specific policies.Minimum Requirements:Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Possess a Level III Armed Guard Card in Texas only.A Guard Card or license is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Participate in industry-specific security training programs.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
