What you will be doing:
Design, build, and deploy end-to-end agentic AI workflows and multi-agent orchestration systems.
Develop autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, tool calling, and solving complex tasks.
Integrate LLMs into scalable, production-grade applications.
Own the full AI lifecycle, from prototyping through to deployment, monitoring, and optimisation.
Implement evaluation frameworks, observability, and guardrails to ensure reliable AI systems.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop AI-native financial solutions.
Influence technical architecture and help shape the company's AI engineering strategy.
Requirements:
Strong experience in AI Engineering, Applied AI, or Machine Learning Engineering.
Excellent Python skills and experience building production-grade AI applications.
Hands-on experience developing LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows.
Experience with multi-agent architectures, orchestration, and tool-calling systems.
Experience taking AI solutions from prototype through to production.
Understanding of API development, scalable systems, and AI evaluation.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
It’s a Bonus If You Have:
Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, PydanticAI, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, and advanced retrieval techniques.
Experience with LLM observability, evaluation, and guardrails.
Cloud deployment experience with AWS or similar platforms.
Previous fintech or Seed–Series D startup experience.
