Job description
Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager Candidate to support the Store Manager in supervising staff, inventory, merchandising, opening and closing procedures, and daily store operations. This temporary role helps develop an external candidate for the Store Manager track.
You will assist in recruiting and staffing, ensure accurate cash handling, monitor in-store standards, and drive customer service while maintaining a safe, well-stocked store.
