Assembly Line WorkerLocation: Shreveport, Louisiana Position: Assembly Line Worker Starting Pay: $16.00/hour (with opportunities for increases based on skill development and upskilling)Shift Availability (Primary & Flexible Options):Primary Shift (1st Shift): Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM2nd Shift (Flexible): Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM3rd Shift (Flexible): Friday–Sunday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMCandidates should be available for the primary shift but flexible to support 2nd or 3rd shift as needed.Job Summary:The Assembly Line Worker is responsible for assembling products on a production line, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Assemble components accurately and efficiently according to specificationsOperate basic hand tools and production equipmentInspect finished products to ensure quality standards are metMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow all company safety and operational proceduresWork collaboratively with team members and supervisorsQualifications:Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred (not required)Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasksStrong attention to detail and qualityDependable with good attendanceWillingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilitiesCompensation & Growth:Starting pay at $16/hourPay increases based on skill development and cross-training (upskilling opportunities available)Potential for advancement within the companyAdditional Notes:Must be able to work assigned shifts and demonstrate flexibility when neededOvertime may be required based on production demands
