Position Details:
Training: 2 weeks on the 1st shift
Schedule: 3rd shift, with overtime as needed
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and prepare products and components using equipment following safety guidelines at all times.
Operate equipment including wax mold machines, soldering tools, and automated machinery within well-defined procedures and department standards. Complete well-defined tasks with moderate supervision.
Conduct visual inspections of finished products to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met.
Monitor product quality throughout the production process and take corrective actions as necessary based on established protocols.
Perform basic cleaning and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal operation.
Complete accurate documentation of operations, quantities produced, and inspection reports.
Communicate effectively within a work cell, exchanging relevant information with team members.
Support other tasks as directed by management to meet production goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
High School Diploma or GED required.
1-2 years of manufacturing, foundry, or inspection experience preferred. Minimum of 6 months of experience in a foundry environment, preferably performing cutoff, snagging, forming, or related manufacturing duties.
Prior manufacturing and/or quality inspection experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and other work-related documents.
Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Prior inspection or quality control experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals, working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following all safety and quality standards.
Proficient in the use of thread gauges and basic measurement tools.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and follow detailed instructions.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the workday.

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
