nAssistant Center Manager - Physical Therapist

nSchedule: Monday-Friday
nCompensation: $110K-$120K/year(based on experience)
nIncentives: $20K Sign on Bonus + Unlimited Monthly Student Loan Repayment Assistance
nOur Santa Monica location is looking for a compassionate and driven therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an Assistant Center Manager to join our team of 2 PTs, 1 OT, 1 CHT and 1 PTA in this general orthopedics and hand therapy focused clinic. This is a unique opportunity to get involved at an established clinic as part of our joint venture partnership with Cedars-Sinai; the ideal candidate will be comfortable working collaboratively with other Select PT leaders and clinicians and will be excited about building meaningful relationships within the community. The assistant center manager will oversee day-to-day operations in the clinic as well as provide preventative and rehabilitative services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients. nResponsibilities
nnnOffer coaching, guidance, support, and training for staff development and growth
n
nnAssist leadership in growing both the center and market through program and business development
n
nnSupport employee engagement and retention efforts
n
nnAssist with the management and resolution of employee relations issues
n
nnHelp develop strategies to increase profitability
n
nnProvide an exceptional patient care experience
n
n nQualifications
nnnMust be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
n
nnValid State Physical Therapy License
n
nnCPR certification
n
