Responsibilities
Supervise and delegate nursing activities.
Help the director of nursing manage clinical operations and develop care plans.
Evaluate performance of the nursing department and recommend improvements.
Conduct patient rounds and address complaints.
Monitor and train the nursing staff.
Qualifications
At least 2 years experience in long-term care, preferably as ADON.
Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Illinois and in good standing.
Familiarity with medical software and equipment (PointClickCare).
Ability to build rapport with patients and staff.
Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
Compensation
Yearly salary $100,000-$120,000.
