Job description
Hartford Hospital is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to lead a hospital unit in delivering patient-centered care under the Nurse Manager. You will supervise a busy team, coordinate staffing, monitor performance, and drive improvements in quality and safety.
The role requires a BSN, CT RN license, and BLS with arrhythmia certification prior to hire. Leadership experience and specialty certifications are highly preferred, with strong communication skills essential.
