MidState Medical Center, part of Hartford HealthCare, seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager to support a busy acute care unit in Meriden, CT. This role partners with the Nurse Manager to oversee daily operations, support bedside nurses, and ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include staffing, patient flow, coaching and mentoring staff, supporting quality and safety initiatives, and promoting a collaborative, respectful culture.
