Summary
The Assistant Store Manager supports the success of a luxury retail store by helping lead the team and drive positive customer interactions. This role calls for strong business analysis, communication, and organizational skills, along with a professional and entrepreneurial approach.
Responsibilities
Support and inspire the store team while upholding high standards of integrity and professionalism.
Analyze selling reports to identify business trends and opportunities.
Help drive positive customer interactions and contribute to store performance.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in luxury retail, including at least 1 year managing people.
Experience with a European or luxury brand is strongly desired.
Ability to succeed in a fast-changing environment and analyze selling reports.
Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and team leadership skills.
College degree preferred.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
