Job description
Pacsun is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager for Mall of Georgia in Buford, GA. You will assist the Store Manager in leading a customer-focused, sales-driven, profitable store and motivate the team to meet KPIs.
You will supervise operations, deliver an engaging customer experience, and coach sales associates while ensuring policy compliance and brand standards. The role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays and strong communication skills.
