Job description
Nike Inc is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-volume, customer-focused team in California. You’ll coach the team, drive customer service excellence, and partner with leadership to deliver store growth through people and processes.
You’ll recruit, onboard, and develop teammates, manage daily operations, merchandising, budgeting, and KPIs while upholding Nike’s Service Principles and community engagement.
