Job description
O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will manage the store during the Manager’s absence and lead the team on customer service throughout shifts.
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. The compensation range is $16.00 - $22.00 per hour with additional compensation through annual/quarterly bonuses and other premiums depending on schedule, location, and performance.
