Job description
SmartStop Self Storage is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Store #1436 in Santa Clara, CA. The role involves leasing storage, supervising a team, assisting with maintenance, and maintaining positive tenant relations to deliver exceptional service.
You will prepare rental agreements, handle monetary transactions, promote storage solutions, and ensure the property is clean and presentable. Hours are Mon–Fri 9:30am–6:00pm with no nights, starting pay $23–$25/hour plus a monthly bonus.
