Assistant Store Manager – Spencer's
Hourly rate ranges from $14.77–$15.02 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain Guest Services.
Support the Store Manager in overall operation of the store.
Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage.
Manage merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum age requirement: 18.
Prior retail and/or management experience required.
Physical demands exceed 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Location: Norfolk, VA.
